8. Pricing and Payment.

(a) Prices: Prices are listed in  U.S dollars and may change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

(b) Payments: We accept major credit cards and PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Venmo. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

10. Returns and Refunds. At Y Jewels LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. Please review the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and store credits.

(a) Return Policy. We do not accept returns, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

(b) Sale Items. If you receive a regularly priced item that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible to receive store credit. Refunds are not available. Please note that discounted or sale items, as well as shipping charges, are final sale and do not qualify for store credit. Any claims regarding damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims made after this period will not be considered. Additionally, only items that have been inspected by the customer upon receipt are eligible for store credit. To submit a claim, please send an email to admin@yjewelspr.com with your full name, order number, evidence of the damage or defect (photos or video), and a brief description of the issue to allow us to determine whether the item qualifies for store credit.

Artículos en Venta: Si recibe un artículo a precio regular que está dañado o defectuoso, puede ser elegible para recibir crédito en la tienda. Los reembolsos no están disponibles. (c) Incorrect Item Selection. If you mistakenly select the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in making the necessary changes. Modifications to your order can only be made prior to the order being packed. Once an order has been packed and a tracking number issued, no changes can be made. Store credit will only be provided for damaged or defective items as outlined in our policy. Unfortunately, we cannot issue store credit for items incorrectly selected by the customer, whether for reasons of size, color, or other product variations.

(d) Sizing Issues. We only offer store credit for items that are damaged or defective as specified in this policy. Unfortunately, we cannot issue store credit if an item does not fit as expected. To assist with your purchase, each product description provides measurements or size references. We recommend reviewing these details carefully before placing your order. If further information is needed, please contact us for additional sizing guidance.

(e) Store Credit. Once your request for store credit has been reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, the email will include instructions on how to redeem your store credit. Please note that store credit is limited to the cost of the item; shipping charges, discounted, or sale items are not eligible for credit.

(f) Delayed or Unreceived Store Credit. If you have not received your store credit, we recommend checking all folders in your email, including spam and promotions. If you are unable to locate the credit notification, please contact us at admin@yjewelspr.com for further assistance.

Crédito en Tienda Retrasado o No Recibido. Si no has recibido tu crédito en tienda, te recomendamos verificar todas las carpetas de tu correo electrónico, incluidas las de spam y promociones. (g) Lost Packages. In the event that your package is lost in transit, we advise you to file a lost package claim with USPS. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered when it has not yet arrived. Typically, such packages are delivered on the next business day. If you require information to confirm package details, feel free to contact us. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or store credit for packages lost in transit, as this matter is beyond our control.

Paquetes Perdidos. En el caso de que tu paquete se pierda en tránsito, te recomendamos presentar una reclamación de paquete perdido con USPS. Ocasionalmente, los transportistas pueden marcar un paquete como entregado cuando aún no ha llegado. Por lo general, dichos paquetes se entregan al siguiente día hábil. Si necesitas información para confirmar los detalles del paquete, no dudes en contactarnos. Ten en cuenta que no podemos emitir reembolsos ni crédito en tienda por paquetes perdidos en tránsito, ya que esto está fuera de nuestro control.

(h) Incorrect Shipping Address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer and the package is lost, it will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. In cases where the package is returned to us undamaged, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees and providing the correct address for re-shipment. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive store credit for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping fees. For all instances where packages are returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Dirección de Envío Incorrecta. Si el cliente proporciona una dirección de envío incorrecta y el paquete se pierde, no será elegible para un reembolso o crédito en tienda. (i) Subscription Cancellation or Pause. After your initial subscription order, automatic payments will be processed on the 1st of each month. If the payment fails on the due date, the system will attempt to process the charge again on subsequent days. Once a payment has been successfully processed, refunds are not available. If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, you must do so prior to the 1st of the next month by managing your account on yjewelspr.com or contacting us at admin@yjewelspr.com. Please note that once the subscription charge is processed, no refunds will be issued.

Cancelación o Pausa de Suscripción. Después de tu pedido de suscripción inicial, los pagos automáticos se procesarán el 1° de cada mes. Si el pago falla en la fecha de vencimiento, el sistema intentará procesar el cargo nuevamente en los días siguientes. Una vez que un pago haya sido procesado con éxito, no se otorgarán reembolsos. Si deseas pausar o cancelar tu suscripción, debes hacerlo antes del 1° del mes siguiente gestionando tu cuenta en yjewelspr.com o contactándonos en admin@yjewelspr.com. Ten en cuenta que una vez procesado el cargo de la suscripción, no se emitirán reembolsos.

11. Limitation of Liability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, or for any content, products, or services obtained through the Website. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
